Chris is a producer at McElroy Films. He received his BA in Communications at Boston College and subsequently, a Masters in Visual Media Arts at Emerson College. With over 15 years of experience in the media industry, Chris has worked at various companies and studios such as Warner Bros., Universal Pictures, FX, ABC, and A+E Networks, where he has gained vast experience in various disciplines within media production.

Erika McElroy has been working passionately for McElroy Films since it’s inception back in the 2000s. Erika’s primary function was behind the scenes working on Social Media Marketing, Administrative Assistance, and Bookkeeping.
Earlier in Erika’s career she originally studied in the medical field and interned at a few hospitals in the New England area. From there she got married to her college sweetheart Ben and quickly became a homemaker for their two children. Now Erika manages hundreds of clients for McElroy Films. From Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. Erika has her hands in may facets of the company.
When she’s not working you can find her at the family lake house with her two boys, dog Cooper, and her husband Ben. She also is a Disney diehard and enjoys traveling to our destination weddings in Walt Disney World.

Started Video journey from my friend's dad who was editing a piece for one of his clients. Found out all the amazing things that you can do with creating videos and started it out on my own with clips of my friends and I in Middle and High School. Graduated Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a concentration in Film, Video, and Media. While there was a finalist in multiple Campus Movie Festival and received the POTUS Volunteer Service Award for work at my local cable access station. Worked as a videographer with Bridgewater State University's Video Team and managed its Sport Broadcasting team. Worked as a Video Producer with the Boston Red Sox in 2018. Freelances with DraftKings Inc. as a Technical Director. And since 2018 has worked with amazing couples capturing them on their best day.

Daniel is a video editor with more than ten years experience. His work encompasses everything from weddings, narrative short and feature films, to documentaries and corporate videos. With a background in general film production, Daniel has served in various roles on local film productions in the Boston area. In his spare time, he also dabbles in screenwriting, writing and producing music and just about any other creative outlet he can find to occupy his time.

Based in the heart of Boston, Armando Valoy brings over 15 years of experience as a cinematographer, with an impressive portfolio spanning more than 300 events across the United States, his native Dominican Republic, and beyond. A graduate of Infotep in Santo Domingo with a degree in TV and Film Production, Armando has a deep-rooted passion for visual storytelling.
Before joining McElroy Films, Armando built a successful freelance career, working on a wide range of corporate video projects and earning a reputation as a top-tier video editor. His eye for detail, creative approach, and calm presence on set make him an invaluable part of any production team.
When he’s not behind the camera, Armando is an avid audiophile with a love for music that fuels his creativity and sharpens his storytelling instincts.

Cooper is a purebred beagle from Orange, Massachusetts. He was born into a small beagle family on a western farm on June 26, 2016. The breeders didn’t think Cooper was going to make it past 2 weeks – being the runt of the litter. With many prayers, Cooper pushed through and surprised us all with his determination to survive.
On August 20, 2016 Cooper came home with the McElroy family and began his exciting journey as their family Pet. Cooper is a small, loving dog and enjoys spending time with his two human brothers Landon and Logan. You can find him doing puppy sprints in the yard and throughout the house. He loves to hunt squirrels and chase birds. But most of the time he’s an indoor office buddy and sleeps 20 hours out of the day. He’s also a huge fan of pepperonis, cheese, and pizza.

With over a decade of experience in videography and editing, Allison Ajemian has built a career on transforming moments into compelling visual stories. A graduate of Boston University with a B.S. in Film and Television, she has worked across a wide spectrum of projects, from weddings and social content to music videos, documentaries, and corporate media.
Allison’s keen editorial eye and creative intuition have led her to collaborate with major names such as Better Homes and Gardens, the TD Garden, Uppababy, Boys and Girls Club of America, and Good Mythical Morning. Her ability to blend strong visuals with storytelling has made her work both memorable and impactful.
Outside the editing suite, Allison expresses her creativity as the drummer in the band Shallow Pools, bringing her love of rhythm and timing into everything she does. In her free time, she enjoys cinematic deep dives, concerts, and relaxing with her beloved cats. For Allison, pairing visuals with music isn’t just a stylistic choice, it’s a passion that allows her to craft emotionally resonant narratives that connect with audiences on a deeper level.

Zachary Nguyen’s passion for video sparked early and only grew deeper while earning his Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communication at Emerson College. During his time there, he tirelessly produced, shot, and edited high‑quality video content tailored for online and web platforms, developing a strong foundation in digital storytelling.
He approaches every project with pride, aiming to craft videos that inspire, blending emotional depth with visual excellence. In today’s digital landscape, where anyone with a camera might claim the title of “videographer,” Zachary sets himself apart. He believes a truly breathtaking video arises not from tools alone, but from dedication, creativity, and vision, qualities he has nurtured over time.
Standing out in a crowded field isn’t easy, and Zachary knows it well. That’s why he challenges himself daily, sharpening skills, expanding creative boundaries, and striving to infuse beauty and artistry into every frame. His commitment ensures each video doesn’t just inform or document, it moves, resonates, and leaves a lasting impression.
