McElroy Films is excited to announce our partnership with Brigham and Women’s Hospital on their “Just Culture” staff video project. “Just Culture” is a program that promotes awareness and accountability within the medical community, while emphasizing a core system of values and understanding. Our “Just Culture” video will present these concepts to the over 12,000 employees of Brigham and Womens Hospital, so that all staff are informed and aware of the training that their managers have completed in order to implement this new program. McElroy had the distinct pleasure of interviewing a number of the core management staff at Brigham and Womens to help convey the principles of “Just Culture” to their immediate medical community. We’re so honored to have been a part of this process and are excited to premiere our video very soon!
