They wanted to create a video explaining what the meaning behind “Just Culture” is and how it can benefit others. For BWFH, Just Culture means to support each other with corrective criticism in the workplace and be able to learn from each of the mistakes made while caring for patients. In order to learn and also prevent from similar errors occurring. In this video they wanted to incorporate interviews of those that work for the hospital, B-roll, and graphics stating the key points in the video.[/text_output][/vc_column][/vc_row]
