Ben McElroy is a cinematic video producer whose journey through the world of film and video began at a tender age. In the mid-nineties, when most kids were still learning their multiplication tables, Ben was already wielding video cameras and producing visual tales. The willing participants from his close-knit circle of siblings, friends, and neighbors, who eagerly stepped into the limelight of his creativity.

As Ben advanced through high school, his reputation as the go-to videographer for weddings, town events, family gatherings, and charitable organizations solidified. Ben had an uncanny ability to capture the essence of any occasion, he brought a cinematic magic that made every moment unforgettable.

Ben’s unwavering devotion to the art of video production beckoned him to the halls of Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. Here, he honed his craft, delving into the intricate realms of film, lighting, sound design, post-production, and beyond. His insatiable appetite for learning and creating became the guiding light for his professional journey.

Soon after, Ben’s talents propelled him onto the global stage, taking him to exotic destinations such as India, Israel, Jordan, Egypt, Greece, London, and Paris, among others. His camera lens became a bridge between cultures, capturing stories that transcended borders and resonated with audiences. His dedication to his craft led him to a role as a News Photographer at the Lowell Sun, where he continued to document the stories that shaped our world.

But Ben’s entrepreneurial spirit was relentless, and as he settled into a life with his beloved wife Erika, he embraced more responsibilities at a local video production company in Concord, MA. It was here that the dream of owning his own company began to take shape. The culmination of years of experience and a burning desire to create led to the birth of McElroy Films LLC in 2009.

Setting his sights on Burlington, MA, Ben established his first office, staffed by a dedicated team of individuals who shared his vision. With every project, McElroy Films gained notoriety, capturing the imaginations of Fortune 100/500 companies, local businesses, political figures, and anyone seeking top-tier video production. The list of esteemed clients featured: Walt Disney, MIT, Harvard, Duke University, NYU, Habitat for Humanity, Nike, Gillette, Honeywell, the Boston Fire Department, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston MedFlight, Marriott, and Keurig, to name just a few.

As the company grew, so did its capabilities. McElroy Films has won numerous awards from the Telly Awards and Davey Awards. McElroy Films has since expanded into new headquarters in downtown Concord, NH, where Ben and his dedicated team continue to craft visual masterpieces. Ben is also a certified Part 107 Drone Pilot in good standing. With his wife Erika by his side, Ben’s passion for storytelling through the lens remains as vibrant as ever.
